Terms of Service

Kupaca Credit is operated by Kupaca, LLC ("Kupaca", "we", or "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kupaca Credit. The service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Kupaca Credit is a tracking tool. You tell us which credit cards you hold, and we show you the recurring credits and benefits attached to those cards, when each one resets, and which ones are closest to expiring.

On the free tier we never ask for a card number and we never connect to your bank. On a paid plan you may optionally connect a financial account so that perk usage can be detected from your transactions.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at the support address below if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes attempting to access other users' data, interfering with or overloading our systems, scraping our benefit catalog for redistribution, or using the service to break the law.

Kupaca Credit offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro will be offered on monthly and annual plans. When Pro is available for purchase, its price, billing interval, and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will tell you the price, the billing interval, and the renewal date before you buy.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then. On the Account page, Subscription & billing links to your store's subscription management page where available.

Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply. Purchases made on the web are sold by Kupaca, LLC, with checkout provided by RevenueCat and payments processed by Stripe. Our Refund Policy explains how to cancel and how to request a refund for each kind of purchase.

Connecting a bank or card account is not available yet. When it is, it will be optional and available only on a paid plan. You can use Kupaca Credit fully without connecting anything.

If you choose to connect, we will use a third-party bank-connection provider to establish and maintain that connection. You will enter your financial institution credentials directly into the provider's interface. We will never receive, see, or store those credentials.

We request one category of data: your transaction history for the accounts you connect. We use it for one purpose, which is to detect when a benefit you are tracking has been used. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what we keep and what we discard.

Detection is automatic and can be wrong. When a transaction looks like a qualifying purchase, we record it as a likely use of the matching benefit. We mark the benefit used when the issuer's matching statement credit posts, or when the usual time for that credit to post has passed without one. A detected use may be wrong in either direction, so check your benefits and correct anything that looks off. You can edit any benefit's usage in your wallet at any time.

You can disconnect a linked account at any time by contacting support, or by deleting your account. Disconnecting instructs the bank-connection provider to revoke our access and deletes the connection from our systems.

Kupaca Credit is an informational tracking tool. We are not a financial advisor, a broker, a bank, a credit counselor, or a fiduciary, and nothing in the service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

We do not recommend that you apply for, keep, cancel, or spend on any particular credit card. Where the app ranks or compares cards and benefits, it does so using the information you provide and our published catalog values. Those rankings describe our data. They are not a recommendation tailored to your circumstances, and they do not account for your income, your credit profile, your tax situation, your existing debt, or your goals.

Decisions about credit are yours alone. Consider consulting a qualified professional before making them.

Our benefit catalog is compiled from card issuers' published materials. Issuers change benefits, values, eligibility rules, reset dates, and enrollment requirements at any time, sometimes without notice, and benefits can vary between cardholders who appear to hold the same card. We do not control any of this information and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current.

Your card issuer's own terms always control. Before you rely on a benefit, confirm it directly with your issuer.

Dollar values shown in the app, including totals, at-risk amounts, and capture rates, are estimates based on our catalog. They are not a statement of what you will actually receive.

We do not guarantee that you will earn, redeem, or recover any particular amount, or that using Kupaca Credit will offset any annual fee. Reminders and detection may fail, arrive late, or be wrong.

You remain solely responsible for tracking and redeeming your own benefits. We are not liable for a benefit you did not redeem, for any expired credit, or for any fee you paid.

Features described as coming soon are not part of any plan until they are released.

Kupaca Credit is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to American Express, JPMorgan Chase, Capital One, or any other card issuer, bank, or merchant named in the app.

All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kupaca, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost benefits, lost credits, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

You can stop using Kupaca Credit at any time and delete your account from within the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we are required to act on by law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
